Each location has a shelf dedicated to Foothills & Redmond products, as well as a freezer stocked with our locally grown Souris Flats Ranch meat products. Prices and product details are displayed on each box, so you can easily browse and choose what you'd like to purchase.

Submit an Inquiry
Start by filling out our online form to request a quarter or half share. Let us know if you have preferences for specific cuts, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Processing & Payment
Once confirmed, your beef will be processed, cut, vacuum-sealed, and frozen to preserve freshness. If you’ve requested custom processing, we’ll coordinate the details with you. A deposit may be required to secure your order.

Receive Availability & Quote
After receiving your inquiry, we’ll confirm availability and provide an estimated processing time. You’ll also receive a custom quote with a breakdown of the weight, price per pound, and total cost

Pick Up & Enjoy!
Once your share is ready, we’ll notify you and arrange a pickup time from our Glen Ewen Ranch Store. We’ll make sure your order is ready, and we’re happy to provide any cooking tips or guidance for storage!
