Introduction

At Souris Flats Ranch, we take pride in providing high-quality, locally raised meats and ranch products. Due to the nature of our products, all meat sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are committed to finding a solution.

Order Issues & Quality Concerns

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery. We may request photos or additional details to assess the issue. If a mistake was made on our end, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund.

Perishable Items

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any perishable items, including beef, lamb, poultry, and other food products. Our meat is not insulated for extended storage, and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure proper handling upon pickup or delivery. To maintain quality and safety, all meat must be frozen immediately upon arrival. We are not responsible for any spoilage or damage caused by improper storage after the order has been received. If there is an issue with your order upon pickup or delivery, please contact us immediately.

Non-Perishable Items

For ranch essentials such as Redmond Minerals or fencing equipment, we may accept returns or exchanges on unopened and unused items within 14 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

Cancellations & Modifications

Orders for meat boxes and bulk meat shares are final once processed. If you need to modify your order before it has been packed, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued in cases where an order cannot be fulfilled due to our error or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you and process a refund to your original payment method.
